For my choice pastel drawing I decided to draw my camera. I chose to draw this because I like photography and I thought it would be a challenge. I like the way that the camera itself turned out, I'm pretty proud it. I would definitely change the background. I didn't put much effort into it, since I wanted it to be blurry, but it just ended up looking blocky. I would also move the camera closer to the bottom of the paper, so it matches the reference photo. I added white to the pink colors to make a different tint of the blanket, and I also added brown over some parts of the red desk in the background to dull it and make parts look further away. In all, I put a lot of effort into this drawing and I'm pretty proud of it.
